Corranbuie to Campbeltown.
Distance: 72 miles
A tough but achievable multi terrain race over a 72 mile route that criss crosses the Kintyre peninsula with over 2400 metres of ascent. This is an arduous event suitable for mountain bike or Cyclocross machines.
With breakdown recovery, chip timing, 2 fuel stations and other water points, we aim to ensure an enjoyable and successful day out.
The finish is on the Green in the heart of Campbeltown where hot food, drinks, massage, showers and entertainment will be provided.
A map pack and GPx file will be sent out to competitors in the weeks before the event .

Entrants should aim to check in at Corranbuie, by Tarbert PA29 6YF (OS grid ref 841 657) on Friday 4th May between 16:00 and 21:00. There will be a bike checkup service as part of the check-in. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. you have come over on the ferry from Ardrossan) cyclists may check in between 07:00 and 08:00 on Saturday 5th May. If there are sufficient competitors arriving by ferry in Campbeltown we can make arrangements for transport of bikes and riders to the check-in and start location.
Start of race: From 8:30 Cyclists will start in waves of 7 0r 8 and be timed as they start.
Entry fee per person: £69 by 31st March.
