Events like ours only happen because so many people are willing to give their time. A small team works through the year to get the routine but important stuff done but, nearer the time and on the day, we need a lot more help to make the event safe and enjoyable.
Some of the helpers have been on the job since Day 1, while some have joined more recently and others just turn up on the day because they had entered but become ill or injured and find themselves unable to compete.
Every offer is gratefully received and we would love to hear from you if you are able to help out – even just an hour will allow someone else to have a break.

Can you bounce like Val?
We were delighted to host the start of the cycling section of the Kintyre Way Ultra. We'd strongly suggest if you're thinking on doing it, to definitely take part. Here's a little taste from the staggered start.
